Pack with Care

Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
